I’m a counselor in Missouri trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with advanced training in perinatal mental health. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and care, and I aim to create a space where you feel welcome just as you are. Many of my clients describe themselves as the ones who keep it all together on the outside, even when it feels overwhelming on the inside.
